As we grow, we strive to make our bank of advisors as diverse as possible.

BOLSTR advisors are vetted for their empathetic talent-and-employee-first philosophy, understanding of organisational structures and workplace conflicts, and exceptional experience in hiring and management.

We currently provide our services via telephone or Zoom with email supplements, unless we personally choose to plan in-person sessions directly with you should we be in the same location, with your consent, in a Covid-safe manner.
